Kamblis.com is a collaborative digital platform for the textile industry, allowing members to search for, upload digital content, and connect with others in the industry. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern all websites and services under the Kamblis.com domain (collectively referred to as "Kamblis," "We," or "Our"). Kamblis is owned by Jeevan Infotech India Pvt Limited and its affiliates (the "Kamblis Service Group").

• Agreement to Terms

  By accessing or using Kamblis, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of Kamblis immediately. For information on subscription services, please review our Privacy Policy before using Kamblis.

  If you are registering on behalf of an employer or another entity, you warrant that: (i) you are authorized to bind them to these Terms; (ii) you have read and understood the "User Terms of Use" and "Privacy Terms"; and (iii) you agree to these Terms on their behalf. If you do not have the legal authority to bind your employer or related entity, do not proceed with registration.

• Changes to Terms

  Kamblis reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced via notice on the site. Continued use of Kamblis after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You should review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with the changes, cease using Kamblis and notify us to delete your profile and cancel your membership. Kamblis also reserves the right to cancel membership and delete profiles in case of specific breaches.

• Member Accounts and Security

  Content on Kamblis is available to all users, but only registered members can access premium features and services. Visitors can create accounts via email or Google login.

  Users must provide accurate personal information for account creation and avoid using impersonation or offensive terms. Kamblis reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations.

  Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords. They must not share their login details and should report any unauthorized use immediately. Kamblis is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use due to negligence. Members are responsible for all activities under their account.

• Legal Compliance and Prohibited Use

  You must use Kamblis in compliance with all applicable laws and solely for lawful purposes. Unauthorized use or access to Kamblis's systems is prohibited. Kamblis reserves the right to terminate service, freeze accounts, or seek indemnification for losses incurred due to misuse.
